This steamer arrived in a cardboard box with NO packing material at all. It was broken upon arrival. It did arrive in a timely manner. Took several days to contact someone about this product. Received an email telling me they would ship the broken parts for me to repair the steamer myself. My credit card was supposed to be credited for the amount but I'm not sure if it was.
